The house is an excellent example of late Victorian residential development now surrounded by urban development. The house originally belonged to George Best who farmed the land successfully.
A late Victorian single storey brick house with bull-nose verandah and decorative iron posts.
A private residence which, in late 2005, changed ownership. The view of the house from the road is almost entirely obscured by trees and shrubs in the garden.
