Located at 50-54 Solander Road, Kings Langley. Built by David Howard.

Heritage listed single storey home built of Parramatta sandstock bricks with attic, marsielle tile roof and original stone front verandah. The house sits on land that originally belonged to the Beckett family and it is believed that James Beckett is buried on the site.

The house is set in a large garden of mature trees, most notably being a distinctive camphor laurel tree. The Bunya Pine, Camphor Laurel and some of the gum trees around the perimeter are also historically significant in relation to their early development.

The house has been almost completely surrounded by new developments and that, combined with a dense garden, unfortunately precludes view of the house from the roadside.
